Last Updated: 22 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Skyware Hub website and your purchase of software licences, subscriptions, digital products and related services through our website.

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Us

Skyware Hub is operated by SKY WAREHUB LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17412831.

Registered Office:

London
Greater London
EC1V 2NX
United Kingdom

Email: admin@skywarehub.com

For the purposes of these Terms, "Skyware Hub", "we", "us" or "our" refers to SKY WAREHUB LTD.

"You" or "customer" means the person or organisation purchasing or using our products and services.

2. Our Products and Services

Skyware Hub provides digital products and services, which may include:

  • Software licences

  • Cybersecurity subscriptions

  • Cloud and SaaS subscriptions

  • Software support and maintenance subscriptions

  • Digital security products

  • Software activation keys

  • Licence renewals

  • Other digital products and services offered through our website

Products may be supplied directly by Skyware Hub or through authorised technology and software vendors.

Certain products may also be subject to the applicable vendor's End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), terms of use, acceptable use policy, privacy policy or other contractual terms.

Where applicable, your use of third-party software is also subject to those vendor terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase products through our website.

If you purchase products on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of that organisation.

Certain products may have additional eligibility, geographical, technical or licensing requirements imposed by the relevant software vendor.

4. Account Registration

Some products or services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information;

  • Keeping your account information up to date;

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and

  • All activity carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.

Your order is not accepted until we have confirmed the order and, where applicable, successfully processed your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • The product has been incorrectly priced or described;

  • We are unable to obtain the required licence from the relevant vendor;

  • Payment cannot be successfully processed;

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;

  • The order violates applicable licensing or export restrictions; or

  • The customer does not meet the requirements applicable to the product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will normally refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Where applicable, VAT and other taxes will be displayed or calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

We may use third-party payment service providers to process payments.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card details.

Your payment may be subject to the terms and privacy policy of the applicable payment provider.

We reserve the right to delay or suspend delivery where payment has not been successfully authorised or where additional verification is reasonably required.

8. Digital Delivery and Licence Activation

Most products sold by Skyware Hub are digital products and are delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, delivery may take place by:

  • Email;

  • Software licence key;

  • Activation code;

  • Vendor account assignment;

  • Subscription activation;

  • Customer portal;

  • Direct vendor provisioning; or

  • Another electronic method specified for the product.

We aim to deliver digital products promptly after successful payment and verification.

Any delivery time displayed on our website is an estimated delivery time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Some licences may require manual verification or activation by the relevant vendor and therefore may take longer to provision.

9. Licence Terms

Purchasing a software licence from Skyware Hub does not transfer ownership of the underlying software to you.

You receive the right to use the software in accordance with the applicable licence terms.

The licence may be:

  • Per user;

  • Per device;

  • Per server;

  • Per endpoint;

  • Subscription-based;

  • Consumption-based; or

  • Subject to another licensing model specified by the vendor.

You must comply with all applicable vendor licence restrictions.

You must not:

  • Resell a licence unless expressly authorised;

  • Copy or duplicate licence keys;

  • Share licence credentials where prohibited;

  • Circumvent activation or licensing mechanisms;

  • Use a licence beyond the number of permitted users, devices or environments; or

  • Use the software for unlawful purposes.

10. Third-Party Software and Vendors

Some products available through Skyware Hub are developed and supplied by third-party vendors.

Skyware Hub does not own the intellectual property rights in third-party software unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party products may be subject to separate vendor terms, EULAs, warranties, support policies and licensing restrictions.

Where a third-party vendor provides the software or service directly to you, the vendor may be responsible for the operation, availability, updates, technical support or functionality of that product.

Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Subscriptions and Renewals

Some products are provided on a recurring subscription basis.

Where automatic renewal is offered and you actively select or agree to automatic renewal, your subscription may renew for the applicable renewal period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Renewal prices may differ from the original purchase price where stated at checkout or communicated before renewal.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid.

If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you must cancel it in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided for that product.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of product purchased and whether you are purchasing as a consumer or for business purposes.

For eligible consumer purchases, statutory cancellation rights may apply.

For digital products, you may lose your statutory cancellation right where:

  1. you have expressly requested that the digital content be supplied immediately; and

  2. you have acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins.

Where a licence key has already been issued, activated, assigned to an account, registered with a vendor or otherwise consumed, cancellation or refund may not be possible where permitted by applicable law.

Where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to applicable statutory rights, your legal rights remain unaffected.

For more information, please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

13. Business Customers

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, different contractual and consumer rights may apply.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are suitable for their intended business requirements.

Where a business customer provides incorrect information, selects an incorrect product, licence quantity, licence type or technical specification, Skyware Hub may be unable to provide a refund after the licence has been activated or provisioned, subject to applicable law and the applicable vendor terms.

14. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product specifications may change when vendors release new versions, features, licensing models or commercial terms.

Where a product is supplied by a third-party vendor, certain features, functionality and compatibility are determined by that vendor.

You are responsible for checking that the product meets your technical and business requirements before purchase.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where applicable.

15. Software Updates and Changes

Third-party vendors may modify, update, discontinue or replace their products, features, licensing models or services.

Where a vendor discontinues a product or makes a material change that prevents us from fulfilling an order, we may offer an alternative product or refund the affected order, subject to applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Skyware Hub website, including its design, branding, text, graphics, logos and original content, belong to SKY WAREHUB LTD or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Third-party trademarks, logos, software names and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission.

17. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website or products:

  • For any unlawful purpose;

  • To commit fraud;

  • To infringe intellectual property rights;

  • To circumvent software licensing restrictions;

  • To distribute malicious software;

  • To interfere with our website or systems;

  • To gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;

  • To purchase products using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; or

  • In violation of applicable sanctions, export controls or other laws.

We may suspend or cancel orders or accounts where we reasonably believe prohibited activity has occurred.

18. Fraud and Security Verification

To protect customers, vendors and our business, we may conduct reasonable verification checks for certain orders.

This may include verifying:

  • Customer identity;

  • Billing information;

  • Company information;

  • Payment information;

  • Licence requirements; or

  • Order legitimacy.

We may delay, reject or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, licence misuse or other unlawful activity.

19. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep our website available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance;

  • Updates;

  • Technical failures;

  • Hosting issues;

  • Cybersecurity incidents;

  • Internet or telecommunications failures; or

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product or service during the applicable contract or order period.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

21. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Internet or telecommunications failures;

  • Cyberattacks;

  • Vendor outages;

  • Cloud service failures;

  • Third-party service interruptions;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Changes in law;

  • Sanctions or export restrictions;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Fire;

  • War;

  • Civil unrest; or

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify affected customers and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

22. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

23. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Please refer to our Cookie Policy for further information.

24. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • Payment obligations are not met;

  • A vendor requires suspension of a licence;

  • Continued access would violate applicable law; or

  • We discontinue the relevant service.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with the relevant effective date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter contractual rights relating to orders that have already been accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

If you are a consumer living in another jurisdiction, you may also have mandatory legal rights in your country of residence which are not affected by this clause.

28. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you may have rights relating to the quality, conformity, description and performance of digital content and services under applicable UK consumer legislation.

Where applicable, those rights apply in addition to these Terms.
